KSCOE Gidan-Waya Announces Resumption Date, Initiates Amnesty Program
The management board of the Kaduna State College of Education (KSCOE) Gidan Waya has announced the resumption date for the 2016/2017 Academic Session. According to the Directorate of Academic Planning and Monitoring, returning N.C.E regular students are expected resume tomorrow Monday 7th November, 2016 and Monday 9th January, 2017 for 200 Level and 300 Level Returning N.C.E students, respectively.
Registration for the 200 Level students is scheduled to commence immediately and will last till Friday 18th November, 2016 while that of the 300 Level students will commence on Monday 9th January, 2017 and will end on Friday 21st January, 2017.
In another development, according to the College’s Amnesty Implementation Committee, the Academic Board of the college has agreed to grant a general amnesty to National Certificate of Education (NCE) students who could not graduate from the college between 1994 and 2014 due to their inability to clear or fulfill certain academic requirements such as Teaching Practice (TP), Long Essay, SIWES, Immersion (French students), Acculturation (Arabic students), Carry-overs, and other such reasons.
With this announcement, all interested candidates are hereby advised to go to KSCOE Gidan-Waya (Kafanchan Campus) and collect the FREE Application Forms for the Amnesty program.
Kindly note that the application process would last for only 4weeks: Monday 7th November, 2016 to Friday 9th December, 2016.
