ACHI DACA Donates Seeds to Kachia/Kagarko Communities

Yesterday, 15th December, 2015 was a remarkable day for 6 communities across Kachia and Kagarko Local Government Areas (LGA) of Kaduna State as the Archdiocesan Catholic HealthCare Initiative (ACHI) also known as DACA donates to the communities

ACHI DACA, which is a faith-based NGO in Kaduna State, are committed to relentless efforts and partnership to make an imprint in reaching the most vulnerable and marginalized groups across communities. The grants, which included poultry birds (chicks), poultry feeds and feeding utensils were given to a total of 81 beneficiaries across 6 communities of Kachia and Kagarko LGAs, after completing a three months intensive field training in poultry farming.

ACHI DACA BeneficiariesThe organization employs a bottom top approach in executing its activities, and has the mandate to coordinate, implement and monitor activities relating to HIV/AIDS, Health, and strengthening of community structures to take ownership of programs that will improve community response to improve livelihood and social wellbeing in the state. The organization applies a strategic approach in its willingness to Support sustainable efforts to improve the lives of the disadvantaged and Vulnerable throughout the world.
