Tension in Kaduna State College of Nursing & Midwifery After Cultists Threat

There was palpable tension on the Kaduna State College of Nursing and Midwifery, Kafancha yesterday, 14th December,2015, after threats by a cult group to attack the campus. Students were visibly panicked and vacating the school premises on Monday following threats issued to them by a cult group who promised to avenge the death of their member in the school.

The said cult member was reported to have been lynched by the students’ nurses on Friday night 11/12/2015 when he was caught robbing at the school. It was learned that family members of the deceased called for calm saying they were tired of the deceased behaviours.

The commissioner of justice and attorney general of the state paid a visit today to the college and assured students of maximum security of lives and properties in the school and encouraged students to remain calm and focus on their studies.
