National Nursing and Midwifery Council Final Qualifying Exams Result is out

Report just reaching us has it that the council results for the National Nursing and Midwifery Council final qualifying exams has just been released and is now available for collection. According to our sources from the Kaduna State College of Nursing and Midwifery, Kafanchan, out of the 50 candidates that sat for the qualifying exams only 5 failed and have to resit.  This means there was 90% success in the exams which is highly commendable.

Those that passed the exams will now be issued with Certificate of General Nursing with license to practice. It will be recalled that they sat for the exams sometimes in May this year. The next exam is scheduled for November this year for both fresh and resitting candidates.

Nursing StudentsIn another development, unconfirmed reports suggest that the quota of candidates allocated to the Kaduna State College of Nursing and Midwifery, Kafanchan, for the National Nursing and Midwifery Council final qualifying exams has now been doubled from 50 to 100. This should be good news to the students and prospecting students of the college because the number of intake is expected to increase and the chances of sitting for the exams immediately after graduation has been enhanced.
